Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order you place with Dawly, run by the seller behind Dawly, a working brand name, based in Malta (see Company details).

Prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery to Malta and Gozo is free.

Your order

We confirm your order by email. The contract starts when we send that email.

Delivery

See Delivery. Delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks.

Right of withdrawal

You can cancel within 14 days after delivery. See Returns & guarantee.

Guarantee

The legal guarantee of conformity applies for 2 years from delivery.

Email dawlymalta@gmail.com. You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform or the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA).

Law

Maltese law applies.
